Returns & Refunds Policy

At How 2 Get Signed, we stand behind everything we offer. Please read the policy below for your specific purchase type.

Digital Products

All sales on digital products — including eBooks, guides, and bundles — are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Because digital files cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds after delivery.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)

Our merchandise is printed and fulfilled on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

Services

Services include photography sessions, music video production, EPK design, studio time, marketing packages, mentorship, and playlist pitching.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or start date for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has begun or a session has taken place.
  • Playlist Pitching & Social Push: No refunds once the campaign has been submitted to playlists or promotion has begun.
