Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with How 2 Get Signed. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the terms below, which differ depending on whether you purchased a digital product or physical merchandise.

Digital Products (eBooks, Blueprint Bundles, Guides)

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because the content is accessible immediately, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • You did not receive a working download link or access to your purchase within 24 hours of completing checkout.
  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective.

If either applies, contact us at how2getsigned@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll fix the issue or issue a refund.

Physical Merchandise (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Caps)

Our apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you after you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

We will replace or refund an order at no cost to you if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • There was a print/design error on our end.

To request a replacement or refund, email how2getsigned@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll get a resolution to you within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Buyers (EU/UK and Other Regions)

Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and certain other jurisdictions may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within a statutory cooling-off period, subject to standard exceptions for made-to-order/customized goods and digital content where download has begun with your consent. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If you believe local law grants you rights beyond what's described above, please contact us and we'll work with you directly.
