Digital Products

Digital products (eBooks, guides, bundles) are delivered instantly via email/download link after checkout — there's nothing to ship, and no shipping charge applies.

Physical Merchandise

Our apparel is made to order. Please allow for both a production window and a shipping window:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships (this is the time our fulfillment partner needs to print and prepare your item).
  • Domestic shipping (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after production.
  • International shipping: typically 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination.

Total time from order to delivery is typically 1–4 weeks, though this can vary by product, destination, and season (holidays, high-demand periods, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, contact us at how2getsigned@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. How 2 Get Signed has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or your package appears lost in transit, email us at how2getsigned@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down or work out next steps with our fulfillment partner.
